Promo Title: Pampers Hugmamahal Photo Contest
Promo Duration: August 1 - September 30,2009

How to Join & who are eligible to join:

For a subscriber to qualify, he/she must:
1. be a subscriber of SMART, Talk N' Text, Globe and Touch Mobile whether in pre-paid or post-paid plan;
2. be registered to the Pampers Hugmamahal Promo via www.pampers.ph/hugmamahal
3. be the parent or legal guardian of the baby and must be the owner of the photo
4. the baby is 3 years of age or below at the time of entry
5. residents of the Philippines
From August 1 - September 30,2009, users may join the promo by:
1. Registered to the Pampers Hugmamahal Promo via online at www.pampers.ph/hugmamahal

How to register:

Subscribers will have to register online to join the promo. To register, subscribers will have to visit www.pampers.ph enter the following information in the correct format:

Account Information:
- E-mail Address
- Confirm E-mail Address
- Create Password
- Confirm Password
- Choose a Security Question
- Security Question Answer
- Account Name
Mailing Address:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address
- City
- Country
- Postal Code
- Mobile Number
All information sent via web will be kept confidential and will be used solely for the promo.
Registration is a one-time process only and it is for FREE via web.
Only registered users can join the promo.

How to upload photo:

After registration, the participants can now submit cute photo of themselves hugging the baby ("hugmamahal moment").
Participants may submit eligible photos of more than one of their children provided their child must be 3 yrs old and below at the time of entry.
There are two ways to upload baby photos for the promo. One is via the website and the other is via MMS.
ONLINE:
- Participants may upload their entries to www.pampers.ph/hugmamahal
- Participants must register on the site, read and understood the mechanics before uploading a photo.
- Photo uploaded must not exceed 1MB in size.
- Uploading of photo on site is for free.
MOBILE:
- The participant must be a subscriber of SMART, Talk N' Text, Globe & Touch Mobile whether prepaid or postpaid with MMS capable phone
- The participant must be registered to Pampers Hugmamahal Photo Contest site. Visit www.pampers.ph/hugmamahal to register.
- Participants must read and understand the mechanics on www.pampers.ph/hugmamahal before uploading a photo.
- Photos uploaded via mobile is charged P5.00/txt
- To upload photo via MMS, the user simply follows the following steps.
  1. Go to Inbox.
  2. Go to create message and select Multimedia
  3. Attach a photo not more than 300 kb
  4. Insert or type in on the text part HUG <baby's first name>/<last name>
    Ex. HUG Ashton/Bueser
  5. Send it to 2910.
If the photo submitted is not an original photo of the parents or the legal guardian, they must request for a written release in a form acceptable to Pampers form the copyright holder of the photo.
If a professional photo is submitted, the participant must secure permission or rights prior to submission. The participant can submit it to kristine.madlansacay@teamyehey.com.
Each entry must be submitted by a single individual and no joint or group entries allowed.
By submitting photos online or via mobile, the participant agreed that their photo/entries conforms to the Guidelines and Restrictions defined by Pampers.
Pampers in its sole discretion may disqualify any photo and any participant from the contest if this does not conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
The photo submitted cannot contain any unacceptable clothing or adornment or display any commercial/corporate advertising( including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, slogans, political & religious statement) as determined by Pampers.
Pampers reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entry that in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflect negatively upon pampers or any other person or entity or does not comply with these requirements.
Submissions must be suitable for presentation in a public presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of Pampers.
If Pampers deems that the photo does not comply with the mechanics of the contest, participants photo will not be considered an entry.
PAMPERS PHOTO GUIDELINES & RESTRICTIONS:
- The Photo cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or previously commercially exhibited or displayed publicly; and
- The Photo must be from a single capture with any digital or film camera; no montages or composite images allowed.
COPYRIGHT: All Photos will become the exclusive property of Pampers. Pampers shall have the right, but not the obligation, to edit, adapt and publish any or all of the Photos, and may use them in any media whatsoever, including, but not limited to the Internet, without attribution or compensation to the entrant, the Baby, either of their successors or assigns, or any other entity.

How to vote:

Consumers (whether participants or non-participants) have/has the following options for voting:

Online:

To vote, the participant must register by visiting www.pampers.ph/hugmamahal and fill out the registration form
They may vote for entries on www.pampers.ph/hugmamahal.
Search for entries by keying in any one of the following: Baby Code, First Name, Last Name, Location, or Mother's mobile number.
Votes casted on the web is free of charge.
One may vote for multiple baby codes provided that they vote only once per baby code.
Votes cast via the web will be added for the determination of the winner.

Mobile:

One may vote by texting in VOTE <baby code> to 2910.
Votes sent through mobile will be charged P2.50 per text.
One may vote for multiple baby codes provided that they vote only once per baby code.
Votes cast via mobile will be added for the determination of the winning photo. Successfully sent votes for the promo will receive this reply message:

Provision on invalid photo upload:

If photo uploaded is more than 300kb.
If does not comply with the Guidelines and Restrictions stipulated by Pampers.

Provision on invalid votes:

The ff: shall not be considered a valid vote:

Votes sent from the same mobile number with previous votes for the same baby code.
Votes sent with an invalid or non-existing code.

How a Photo wins in the Photo Contest: WEEKLY, MONTHLY & GRAND DRAW:

Winning entries will be determined using the following ratio:

a. Total votes gathered from web and mobile	50%
b. Judges' score	50%
Judges score will be by an internal committee composed of two personnel each from Pampers/Procter & Gamble and Yehey determined using the following criteria:
- Cuteness of baby	50%
- The "Hugmamahal Moment"	30%
- Overall Impact	20%
TOTAL	100%
c. Weekly and monthly winners may only win once during the entire promo duration.
d. Weekly and monthly winners can still win the grand prize.

Who are NOT qualified/eligible to join the promo:

Procter & Gamble, MediaCom, Saatchi & Saatchi, Yehey, M.A.S.A and official PAMPERS HUGMAMAHAL PHOTO CONTEST media partners and sponsors' employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified from the contest.
Subscribers who failed to register to the promo.
Users who do not conform with the official rules of the contest.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:

Winners will be informed via call and registered mail.
No text notifications will be sent to the winner advising him/her that he/she won.
Once they are contacted via phone, they will be given another 48-hours to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility certifying that they hold all the rights to the photo they have submitted, that the photo has not been previously published, has not won a previous prize or award and that they have followed the Official Rules of the Contest.
Non-compliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

Redemption of Prizes:

The prizes may be claimed at the Yehey! Office (38/F Discovery Center, 25 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Complex)
Winners will shoulder all costs that they would incur in securing their prize (bus fares, taxi fares, gas, parking, meals, etc.).
The winners must present the following to an authorized Yehey! representative when claiming prize: One (1) valid ID with complete real name, picture and correct address. Photocopies of any of the documents (i.e. birth certificate, marriage contract, SSS ID, driver's license, school ID and/or passport).
Prizes shall be awarded only upon completion of entire validation process, resulting in the participant being identified as a legitimate winner. The winner/s should claim their prize within 60 days from receipt of notification. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited in favor of Pampers.

Additional Requirements:

If the name of the subscriber indicated in the Globe billing system as being the postpaid subscriber is different from the name of the sender of the winning entry of the Promo, the sender of the winning entry of the Promo will be qualified to receive the prize if he submits an affidavit from the postpaid subscriber certifying that the postpaid subscriber has authorized the winner to use his postpaid SIM card to join the Promo and that he waives his right to the prize in favor of the winner.
If the drawn postpaid SIM card number corresponds to a subscription of a company, then the sender of the winning entry of the Promo will be qualified to receive the prize if he submits an affidavit from the duly authorized representative of the company owning the postpaid SIM card certifying that the company has authorized the sender of the winning entry to join the Promo and that the company is waiving its right to claim the prize won.

IMPORTANT: Failure to submit any of the required proof and documentation is a ground for disqualification

For prepaid subscribers, account should be active and should have been properly decremented for all transactions. Globe shall consider the holder of a prepaid SIM card as the owner of the Globe/TM prepaid SIM card.
For post paid subscribers, account should have no outstanding balances on the date of redemption.
Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notification. Failure to claim within the allotted time/duration forfeits the winner's right over the prize with prior DTI approval.
For prepaid subscribers, account should be active and should have been properly decremented for all transactions. Globe/Touch Mobile shall consider the holder of a prepaid SIM card as the owner of the Globe& Touch Mobile prepaid SIM card.
For post-paid subscribers, account should have no outstanding balances on the date of redemption.

Note: If the drawn postpaid SIM card number corresponds to a subscription of a company, then the sender of the winning entry of the Promo will be qualified to receive the prize if he submits an affidavit from the duly authorized representative of the company owning the postpaid SIM card certifying that the company has authorized the sender of the winning entry to join the Promo and that the company is waiving its right to claim the prize won.

OTHERS

Qualified entries/winners should conform to official rules of the Contest and are presumed to have read, understood and agreed to abide by its complete rules and regulations.
All submitted photos and descriptions shall become the property of Pampers. Pampers shall have full ownership rights over the submitted photos and descriptions.
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Pampers and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade. Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Pampers, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages.
Procter and Gamble (Distributing) Inc. disclaims any liability for failure to receive or acknowledge entries arising from force majeure, including acts of God, fires, floods, wars or other disturbances, labor unrest, or other causes beyond its control
